白血病患者血清甲状腺激素水平测定的研究

摘　　要：为了解白血病患者血清甲状腺激素水平的变化 ,采用放免分析方法测定 67例不同类型白血病患者血清甲状腺激素水平。结果表明急性非淋、慢粒急变及急淋患者 ,血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸 (T3)水平较正常显著降低 ,P <0 0 5,四碘甲状腺原氨酸 (T4 )水平无明显变化 ;促甲状腺激素(TSH)仅慢粒急变时较正常升高 (P <0 0 5) ,游离T4 (FT4 )急非淋及慢粒急变患者较正常降低 (P<0 0 5) ,而反三碘甲状腺原氨酸 (rT3)较正常升高 (P <0 0 1) ,急淋FT4 及rT3较正常升高 (P >0 0 5)。提示甲状腺激素水平的变化主要在急非淋及慢粒急变者 ,在急淋变化不突出。To investigate the level determination and relation of the serum thyroid hormone from inhomogeneity leukemic patients,we examined the level of serum thyroid hormone in 67 different kinds of leukemic patients with radioimmunoassay analysis method.Results indicated that the level of T 3 of ANLL, ALL and CML-BP were lower than those in normal controls (P<0.05), the level of T 4 did not change at all, the level of TSH was little higher than that in normal controls, the level of FT 4 was lower than that in normal controls (P<0.05),the level of rT 3 was also higer as well. There was no different between FT 4 and rT 3. These suggested that the changes of the serum thyroid hormone of leukemic patients were the ANLL and CML-BP main, but no ALL.
