摘 要:以麻黄为研究对象,通过乙醇浓度、液料比、回流时间、超声时间4个影响因素进行响应面试验设计,建立了麻黄中麻黄碱的提取工艺模式。用高效液相色谱法测定最佳工艺下提取的麻黄中麻黄碱的含量,结果表明,其最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度40%vol、液料比15mL/g、回流时间2.3h、超声时间10.5min,此最佳工艺条件下麻黄碱的含量为11.338%。With the Ephedra sinica as the research object, response surface design was employed to set up the extraction process of ephedrine pattern using four factors the ethanol concentration, liquid-solid ratio, reflux time and ultrasonic time; and selected for optimizing the extraction process of ephedrine from E. sinica to test by HPLC detection. The experimental results showed that the best conditions of extracting ephedrine from E. sinica were ethanol concentration 40%vol, liquid-solid ratio15ml/g, reflux time 2.3h and ultrasonic time10.5min; under these processing conditions, the ephedrine content in E. sinica was 11.338%.
