摘　　要：中国国际战略理论的渊源是:以传统战略思想为根基,以马克思主义为指导,系统总结当代中国国际战略的实践经验,深入借鉴西方经典战略理论和冷战后一系列新的理论成果。由于世界形势和国际力量格局的深刻变化,在中国国内发展需求、自我认知和观念变革等力量的推动下,中国国际战略理论出现了嬗变。这种嬗变主要表现为:在时代主题上,以"和平与发展"取代"战争和革命";在指导思想上,以和平发展战略取代阶级斗争和世界革命;在战略路径上,以不树敌的独立自主外交取代以意识形态划线的革命外交;在战略文化上,启动重塑进程。通过梳理中国国际战略理论嬗变的渊源与表现,作者认为,和平发展道路、新安全观、互利共赢开放战略、共同利益论、国际秩序建设新构想、世界和平发展的新构想代表了中国国际战略理论的突破。展望未来,中国国际战略理论应从经验理论、规范理论、理性理论、预测理论和实用理论等几个层面扩展和深化。作者强调,如何在中国传统、当代实践、西方经验、马克思主义指导之间建立逻辑链,是中国国际战略理论体系构建的关键所在。China's International Strategic Theory is based on the traditional strategic thoughts and guided by the Marxism;it has systematically summarized the contemporary practice of China's international strategy,and tapped Western classical strategic theory and a series of new theoretical thoughts after the Cold War.Due to the transformation of the world situation and the international balance of power,driven by the development of Chinese domestic demand,self-awareness and ideas,China's international strategic theory is undertaking a new process of evolution.,i.e.,the change of era theme from 'war and revolution' to 'peace and development';the change of guiding ideology from the 'class struggles' and the 'world revolution' to peaceful development strategy;dropping revolutionary diplomacy guided by ideological line and carrying out independent diplomacy;starting the process of strategic culture restoration.The paper renders that the road of peaceful development,the new security concept,the mutually beneficial and win-win strategy for opening up,the theory of common interests,the new international order construction idea,the new ideas on world peace and development are main innovations of China's international strategic theory.In the future,we should deepen;the theory on China's international strategic theory from several perspectives,i.e.,experience theory,gauge theory,rational theory,prediction theory and practical theory,etc.Particularly,creating a logical chain between Chinese traditions,contemporary practices in China,Western experiences and the guidance of Marxism is key to the systematic buildup of China's international strategic theory.
