药品生产企业人员对药品安全性监测认知度评估指标体系权重分析

摘　　要：目的:计算药品生产企业人员对药品安全性监测认知评估体系各项指标的权重。方法:通过前期改良德尔菲(Delphi)建立药品生产企业药品安全性监测认知评估指标体系及获得各项指标的权重得分,采用归一化法和组合法共同确定指标权重。结果:专家咨询的权威程度为0.81,判断系数为0.75,熟悉程度为0.86。确定了药品生产企业认知度评估指标体系包括5项一级指标,18项二级指标,19项三级指标的归一化权重和组合权重。结论:用归一化法和组合法确定的药品生产企业药品安全性监测认知度评估指标权重综合考虑了指标的主、客观成分,可得到较为理想、合理的权重值。Objective.： To calculate the weight of drug safety monitoring awareness assessment index system for drug -producing enterprises staff. Metho.ds..：On the basis of a previous modified Delphi method, we constructed the framework of drug safety monitoring awareness assessment for drug - producing enterprises and obtained weights of each index, normalization method and combination method were used to determine weights. Results： The authoritative coefficient, determination coefficient and familiarity coefficient was 0.81,0.75 and 0.86, respectively. The normalization weights and combination weights of indicator system of drug safety monitoring awareness assessment for drug -producing enterprises staff which consisted of 5 first- dimensions, 18 second- dimensions and 19 third -dimensions were determined. Conclusion：The normalization method and combination method were used to calculate the weight of the drug safety monitoring awareness assessment the objective and subjective aspects of indexes are taken reasonable weight value may be obtained by combining the index system for drug -producing enterprises, into account in this method, and a relatively expert judgment and the objective analysis.
