摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌组织中连接黏附因子-A(JAM-A)的表达及其与临床病理特征和患者预后之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测52例乳腺癌组织中的JAM-A表达情况,应用SPSS 19.0进行统计分析。结果 52例患者中,有16例(30.8%)为JAM-A阳性表达,JAM-A阳性与阴性患者之间的淋巴结转移情况和肿瘤大小差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),5年生存率差异无统计学意义(P=0.30)。结论 JAM-A表达与乳腺癌的淋巴结转移和肿瘤大小相关,JAM-A在乳腺癌的发生发展中可能扮演着肿瘤抑制因子的作用。Objective To investigate the expression and the significance of junctional adhesion molecule-A （JAM-A） in breast cancer.Methods The expression of JAM-A was detected by immunohistochemistry.The statistic analysis was performed by SPSS 19.0.Results Positive expression of JAM-A was found in 16 cases （30.8%） of 52 breast cancer sam- pies.There was significant difference of lymph nodal metastasis and tumor size in JAM-A positive and negative patients （P〈0.05）,was no significant difference of 5-year survival rate between the two groups （P=0.30）.Conclusion JAM- A expression is related with lymph nodal metastasis and tumor size of breast cancer,may play a role as tumor-inhibit- ing factor in the development of breast cancer.
