眼科Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物应用方案优化的研究

摘　　要：目的优化眼科Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防性使用抗菌药物的应用方案,以减少抗菌药物用量并观察用药效果。方法分别抽取本院2007、2012年眼科Ⅰ类切口手术患者1058、1857例,对比抗菌药物的给药方式、平均用药时间、用药总费用及术后感染发生的情况。结果 2012年眼科疾病的全身抗生素使用率、用药总费用均低于2007年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抗菌药物平均用药时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。所有患者仅2007年有1例发生术后感染。结论眼科Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防性使用抗菌药物不应全身应用,应局部应用,其安全有效,且用药总费用低。Objective To optimize perioperative antimicrobial application scheme optimization in department of oph- thalmology type I incision operation in order to reduce the amount of antimicrohial drug and to observe drug effect. Methods 1058 cases in 2007 and 1857 cases in 2012 of ophthalmological type I incision operation patients in our hospital were selected.Antibacterial drugs administration,the average time of medication,the total cost of medication and occurrence of postoperative infection were compared.Results Antibiotic use rate and the total cost of medication in 2012 were lower than that in 2007,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The average time of medication between 2007 and 2012 was compared,with no statistical difference （P〉0.05）.All patients only in 2007 there was 1 case of postopera- tive infection.Conclusion Department of Ophthalmology type I incision operation during perioperative prophylactic should not use systemic antibiotics,and should topical application,because it is safe,effective and the use of lower total costs.
