摘 要:研究在管道反应器中采用连续化工艺方法,以大豆油、85%甲酸和70%双氧水为原料,经环氧化制得环氧大豆油.考察了双氧水用量、甲酸用量、反应时间、反应温度对产品环氧值的影响,确定的最佳工艺参数为:m(大豆油)∶m(70%双氧水)∶m(85%甲酸)=1∶0.55∶0.085,反应时间15min,反应温度90℃,反应器内压力0.75 ~0.85 MPa;在最佳工艺条件下,所得产品的环氧值最高达6.5%.与釜式反应器方法相比,此方法反应时间大幅缩短,产品环氧值提高.Epoxidized soybean oil was prepared by epoxidation of soybean oil, 85% of formic acid and 70% of hydrogen peroxide in pipeline reactor using continuous process method. The effects of hydrogen peroxide dosage, formic acid dosage, reaction time and reaction temperature on the epoxy value of the product were discussed. The optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows : m ( soybean oil) : m (70% of hydrogen peroxide) : m(85% of formic acid) = 1:0.55:0. 085,reaction time 15 min,reaction temperature 90 ~C, pressure in the reactor 0.75 - 0.85 MPa. The epoxy value of the product was up to 6.5 % under the optimal conditions. Epoxidation in pipeline reactor had shorter time and higher product epoxy value than that in tank reactor.
