关于充分发挥民办高校教育效能的探索——以黄河科技学院为例

摘　　要：民办高校办学机制灵活,应主动适应社会发展需求,找到适合自身的管理策略,才能达到满意的教育效能,才能为民办高校的长远发展奠定一个好的基础。要充分发挥民办高校教育效能,就要在以下方面下工夫:策略管理要以特色取胜为先,管理模式要以创新体制为主,学生管理要以激励机制为要,师资管理要以引进培养为枢。Non-governmental institutions of higher learning have flexible running mechanism, and shall take the initiative to meet the social development needs, find their own management strategies, in order to have satisfactory educational effectiveness and lay a good foundation for their lung-term development. To give full play of the effectiveness of non-governmental institutions of higher learning, it is necessary to make efforts in the following areas： strategic management using features to win as the first; manage- ment model taking institutional innovation as the base; student management adopting incentive mechanism as the focus and teach- er management adopting external recruitment and cultivation as the pivot.
