康复新液联合云南白药及西药灌肠治疗直肠型溃疡性结肠炎144例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察康复新液联合云南白药及西药灌肠治疗直肠型溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:144例直肠型溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为西药治疗组、中药治疗组及联合用药组。西药治疗组48例,给予地塞米松5 mg、庆大霉素16万U加生理盐水100 ml每晚1次保留灌肠;中药治疗组48例给予康复新液100 ml加云南白药胶囊2粒每晚1次保留灌肠;联合用药组48例予地塞米松5 mg、庆大霉素16万U、云南白药胶囊2粒加康复新液100 ml每晚1次保留灌肠。连续观察4周,比较3组的治疗效果。结果:中药治疗组总有效率、电子结肠镜征象改变有效率、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和C反应蛋白(CRP)降低水平与西药治疗组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而联合用药组临床症状总有效率、电子结肠镜征象改变有效率、IL-8和CRP降低水平均高于西药及中药单独用药组(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液联合云南白药及西药灌肠治疗直肠型溃疡性结肠炎疗效优于单纯西药及中药治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of kangfuxin solution combined with Yunnan Baiyao and West medicine in 144 patients with distal ulcerative colitis. Methods： One hundred and forty-four patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into three groups. 48 cases in the West medicine group were given dexamethasone 5 mg,gentamycin 160 thousand U,normal sodium 100 ml daily by etention enema for 4 weeks;48 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group were given kangfuxin solution 100 ml and Yunnan Baiyao 2tablets daily by etention enema for 4 weeks;And 48 cases in the combination group were given dexamethasone5 mg,gentamycin 160 thousand U,kangfuxin solution 100 ml and Yunnan Baiyao 2 tablets daily by etention enema for 4 weeks. The therapeutic effects,gastroscopy examination and the serum levels of IL-8 and CRP were compared. Results：The total effective rate of clinical symptom and gastroscopy examination,the serum levels of IL-8 and CRP in the traditional Chinese medicine group had no significantly difference with the West medicine group（P 0. 05）. In the combination group,the total efficiency of clinical symptoms,signs of change have electronic colonoscopy efficiency,IL-8 and CRP decreased levels were higher than those in West medicine and traditional Chinese medicine alone group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of kangfuxin solution combined with Yunnan Baiyao and West medicine in patients with ulcerative colitis is better than that in the West medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group.
