金龙胶囊联合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察奥沙利铂、亚叶酸钙和氟尿嘧啶方案联合金龙胶囊治疗晚期大肠癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法：80例患者随机分为两组：单纯化疗组（对照组）40例,奥沙利铂130 mg·m-2第1天＋CF 100 mg·m-2第1~5天＋5-Fu 500 mg·m-2第1~5天,每3周为1个周期,2个周期后评价疗效;金龙胶囊＋化疗组（治疗组）40例,在单纯化疗组基础上加服金龙胶囊（北京健生药业有限公司生产）,4粒·次-1,3次·d-1,连续服用30 d为1个疗程,间隔7 d再进行第2疗程。结果：治疗组临床疗效及生活质量改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗组化疗副反应明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：金龙胶囊联合化疗可提高晚期大肠癌患者临床疗效及生活质量,同时减轻化疗反应。Objective： To observe clinical curative effect and adverse effect of Jin Long capsule on late cancer of colon. Methods： 80 cases of cancer were divided randomly into treatment team and control team. Control team： L-OHP 130 mg·m-2d1 ＋ CF 100 mg·m-2d1-5 ＋ 5-Fu 500 mg·m-2d1-5,every 3 weeks for a cycle,evaluate the effect after 2 cycles. Treatment team： Add Jin Long capsule,4 pills each time,3 times a day,30 days for 1 course,the interval between two courses was 7 days. Results： Clinical effect and quality of life of treatment team were better than control team（ P 0. 05）; The adverse effect of treatment team showed significant superiority（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Jin Long capsule with chemotherapy on late cancer of colon can improve the clinical effect, boost quality of life,reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy.
