摘　　要：31例患儿 ,男 13例 ,女 18例 ;年龄 2个月～ 12岁。血管瘤分别位于头、面、手及足等处 ,经青霉素皮试阴性后 ,以 1KE沙培林溶解在 5 ml～ 10 ml生理盐水中 ,多点注射沙培林于瘤体内。 8例注射 1次 ,2 0例注射 2次 ,3例注射 3次。结果 :按Tanigawa标准判定疗效。显效 2 2例 ,有效 9例 ,随诊 2年～ 3年 ,无 1例复发。There were 31 patients in this group.Thirteen of them were male and eighteen were female.Their age was from 2m to 12a.The angioma was in the different site of head,face,hand,foot and perineum.The skin test of penicillin was negative in all of them.One KE OK 432 was dissolved in 5ml～10ml saline and injected in the angioma.Eight of all were injcted only once,twenty were injected twice and teree were injected thrice.Results:The curative effect of twenty two patients was excellent and that of night was good according to the standard of Tanigawa.
