浅析对少数民族诉权的保护

摘　　要：各民族一律平等 ,是我国少数民族诉权得以实现的基础 ;民族区域自治制度是保护少数民族诉权的重要条件 ,而少数民族当事人各项诉讼权利的落实 ,则直接保护了少数民族的诉权。加强对少数民族诉权的保护 :第一 ,进一步加强对少数民族特殊权益保护的立法工作 ;第二 ,加强少数民族地区司法队伍的建设 ;第三 ,进一步落实诉讼法的规定 ;第四 ,提高少数民族自身的法律意识。In our country,the equality of all nationalities is the foundation on which the rights of ethnic groups are to be realized.The system of the regional national autonomy is an important factor to protect the procedural rights of ethnic groups,and the implementation of various procedural rights of the parties concerned with minority nationality background directly protects the procedural rights of ethnic groups.To further protect the procedural rights of ethnic groups,we should:(1)develop legislations concerning the protection of the special rights and interests of ethnic groups;(2)train judicial personnel in the minority regions nationalities;(3)carry out better provisions of the procedural law;(4)and enhance the legal sense of the minority people.\;
