摘　　要：随着网络技术在外语教学中的应用与普及,语料库的研究与应用有着广阔的发展前景。利用BS网络技术建立高校英语专业网络语音语料库,改变了传统的自上而下的单向灌输的教学模式,为学习者营造了真实的语言环境,能够有效激发学习者的学习兴趣和主动性,培养其自主学习的能力,从而推进高校英语语音教学改革。The corpus studies and application possesses broad prospect with the assistance of the computer technology in the Foreign Language Teaching. Based on BS technology, the establishment of the college web speech corpus would remedy the deficiency of the traditional one-way top-down phonetic teaching mode, provide authentic language environments, enormously arouse students＇ interest and enthusiasm, uplift the learning autonomy of students and eventually improve both college English phonetic teaching and learning.
