摘  要:考查单一碳源和复合碳源对隐甲藻积累DHA的影响.结果表明分批发酵时葡萄糖是最好的单一碳源,葡萄糖与甘油是最好的复合碳源,复合碳源DHA产量比单一葡萄糖碳源提高20.9%.多次补料分批发酵时,葡萄糖和甘油都是最佳单一碳源,最好的复合碳源是葡萄糖与蔗糖的复合碳源,最终的DHA产量比单一碳源多次补料分批发酵高出23.6%.实验结果表明:复合碳源对隐甲藻的生长和积累DHA的效果优于单一碳源.Our goal is to test the effect of the single carbon source and composite carbon sources on the accumulation of DHA in Crypthecodiniurn cohnii ATCC30772. Our results indicat that glucose is the best single carbon source , glucose and glycerin are the best composite carbon sources in batch fermentation. DHA production based on the usage of composite carbon sources is 120.9 percent of the DHA production based on the single carbon source in batch fermentation. However,in the re- peated fed-batch fermentation,both glucose and glycerin are the best single carbon sources, carbon sources of glucose and su- crose are the best composite carbon sources ,and the use of the composite carbon sources could lead to 23.6 percent more DHA than the use of single carbon source. Our results indiea that the composite carbon sources have more superiorities than the single carbon source in the growth of Crypthecodiniurn cohnii and the accumulation of DHA.
