摘　　要：目的:探讨经方中药物的量效关系。方法:选取常用之黄连一味,比较其在《伤寒杂病论》各方中的应用,分析其量效关系。结果:黄连在其不同的剂量段和与经方中其他药物不同比例时,侧重、主治均有所区别。结论:中医处方用药应在辨证论治的原则指导下,重视用量控制,采取此策略随证施量。Objective： To investigate the dose-effect relationship of drugs in classic prescriptions. Methods： The commonly used coptis chinensis was chosen to compare its application in classic prescriptions in Treatise on Cold Damage and MisceUaneous Dis- eases, and analyze its dose-effect relationship. Results： In different doses and the different proportions with other drugs in the classic prescriptions, its focus and indications are different. Conclusion： Chinese drug administration in prescriptions should be guided under the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment. A doctor should control the amount of drugs, and administer drugs according to specific syndrome.
