醒脑解郁胶囊配合西酞普兰治疗卒中后抑郁症30例

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脑解郁胶囊配合西酞普兰治疗卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:选取卒中后抑郁症患者90例,随机分为中药加西酞普兰组、单纯中药组和西药对照组各30例。中药加西酞普兰组给予醒脑解郁胶囊和西酞普兰口服治疗,单纯中药组给予醒脑解郁胶囊口服治疗,西药对照组给予氟西汀口服。3组疗程均为3周。结果:治疗后中药加西酞普兰组HAMD评分、神经功能缺损评分分别与单纯中药组、西药对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P均<0.05),且中药加西酞普兰组疗效优于单纯中药组、西药对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑解郁胶囊配合西酞普兰治疗卒中后抑郁症疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Xingnao Jieyu Capsule plus citalopram in treating depression after stroke. Methods ： 90 cases with depression after stroke were randomly divided into Chinese medicine plus citalopram group, Chinese med- icine grot, p and Western medicine control group, with 30 cases in each. Chinese medicine plus citalopram group was given oral treatment of Xingnao Jieyu Capsule and eitalopram, Chinese medicine group was treated with Xingnao Jieyu capsule, Western medicine control group was given oral fluoxetine. 3 groups were treated for 3 weeks. Results： After the treatment, there was no significant difference （P 〈0.05） between HAMD score and neurological deficit score of Chinese medicine plus citalopram group and those of Chinese medicine group, and the curative effect of Chinese medicine plus citalopram group was better than those of Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Xingnao Jieyu Capsule plus citalopram has signif- icant effect in treating depression alter stroke.
