摘 要:目的研究世界卫生组织(WHO)手卫生多模式持续促进策略(HHMIS)在提高手卫生依从性,预防医院感染中的效果。方法采用前后对照干预实验设计,引入WHO推荐的手卫生评估系统(HHSAF),对医务人员手卫生依从性进行评估。结果经过评估,HHSAF总体评分为280分。观察了2 000个手卫生时机和实施干预,医务人员手卫生依从性由干预前的22.5%提高至干预后的38%。结论 HHMIS能够显著提高医务人员手卫生依从性。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the Multi -dimensional Hand Hygiene Improvement Strategy (MHHIS) on improving compliance with hand hygiene practice. Methods A quasi before - after study was conducted in two ICUs ( General ICU and Emergency ICU) in a large tertiary class - A teaching hospital through twenty - four weeks. The multi- dimensional intervention included administrative support, educating staff, monitoring HH compliance,providing performance feedback,and promoting an institutional safety climate according to the World Health Organization MHHIS. Primary outcomes were HH compliance. Results The overall score of HHSAF was 280 points after estimation. In all, more than 2 000 HH opportunities were recorded by direct observation. HH compliance increased from 22.5% at baseline to 38% at follow - up (P = 0. 005). Conclusion This multi - dimensional intervention has produced a sustained improvement in compliance with HH.
