摘 要:目的:本文旨在探讨中药苍柏湿毒清对Balb/c小鼠阴道黏膜白介素12(IL-12)浓度的影响。方法:取阴道解脲支原体培养阴性的Balb/c小鼠随机分为先干预后造模组(A1)、后造模对照组(B1)、先造模后干预组(A2)、先造模对照组(B2)、空白组(C)。A1予苍柏湿毒清水煎剂(1g生药/ml)灌胃0.2ml bid;B1予生理盐水灌胃0.2ml bid,1周后,两组皮下注射雌二醇注射液0.2mg/周,共4周。第2次注射雌二醇后,阴道注射3代8型解脲支原体菌液20ul/d,共3次,1周后补种1次,造模成功后测量阴道黏膜IL-12浓度。A2及B2组先注射雌二醇0.2mg/周,共4周,第2次注射后阴道注射Uu菌液20ul/d,共3d,1周后补种1次。造模成功后进行中药水煎剂灌胃,0.2ml bid,对照组予生理盐水灌胃,0.2ml bid,共7d。干预后进行阴道黏膜白介素12浓度检测。结果:白介素12浓度先灌药后造模组与模型组比,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。先干预与后干预两组比较,两组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。先造模后灌药组与其模型组比,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05),而两模型组之间比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。干预组与空白组之间比较,均无统计学差异(P>0.05);同时,后造模对照组与空白组之间比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05),而先造模对照组与空白组间,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:苍柏湿毒清水煎剂能够使小鼠阴道黏膜白介素12的浓度恢复至正常值左右,具有修复局部炎症损伤的作用。Objectives: To explore the effect of Chinese Medicine CangBaiShiDuQing on vaginal mueosa interleukin - 12 (IL- 12) levels of Balb/c mice. Method: 100 Balb/c mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, 20 in each group. Group A1 was treated with the lavage of CangBaiShiDuQing decotion 0.2ml bid. Group B1 was treated with the lavage of normal saline 0. 2ml bid. After one week, both groups were administered subcutaneously with oestradiol once a week. After the second time injec tion, both were operated with intravaginal bacterial injection of ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu). After the last time of oestradiol in- jection, the injection was operated again. Group A2 and Group B2 were administered subcutaneously with oestradiol once a week. After the second time injection, both were operated with intravaginal bacterial injection of Uu. After the last time of oestradiol in- jection, the injection was operated again. Then Group A2 was treated with the lavage of CangBaiShiDuQing decotion; Group B2 was treated with the lavage of normal saline. Group C received no intervention. ELISA was used to determine the vaginal mucosaIL- 12 concentration of all groups. Results: Group A1 and Group B1 showed no significant difference in IL- 12 concentrations ( P 〉 0.05 ), and so did Group A1 and Group A2 ( P 〉 0.05 ), Group B1 and Group B2 ( P 〉 0.05 ), Group A1 and Group C (P 〉 0. 05 ) , Group A2 and Group C ( P 〉 0.05 ) , Group B1 and Group C ( P 〉 0.05 ). Group B2 and group C showed significant difference in IL - 12 concentrations (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: CangBaiShiDuQing can restore IL - 12 concentration to the normal level. It can repair inflammatory lesions caused by Uu infection.
