摘 要:目的评价共聚接枝改性的聚丙烯无纺布(PPNF)的去脂效果和血液相容性。方法以紫外辐照的方式在PPNF表面共聚接枝苯乙烯磺酸钠和丙烯酸,采用不同浓度的苯乙烯磺酸钠与等体积的丙烯酸混合,得到不同接枝率的改性材料;分析改性材料对低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的选择吸附效果,并考察材料的溶血率及对总蛋白和白蛋白的吸附情况。结果在静态接触条件下40%、23%、16%、11%的改性PPNF对LDL的吸附率分别为(36.8±2.3)%、(39.9±2.1)%、(41.5±2.1)%、(45.8±2.4)%,对总蛋白和白蛋白的吸附均<10%,符合临床要求;溶血率均<5%,符合国家标准要求。结论 PPNF经共聚接枝改性后可选择性地吸附有害脂蛋白且血液相容性良好。Objective To evaluate the effect of removing low density lipoprotein-cholesterol ( LDL-C ), total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride(TG) from hyperlipemia plasma and blood compatibility of polypropylene non-woven fabric (PPNF) which was modified by copolymerization. Methods The acrylic acid (AAc) and benzenesulfonic acid,4-ethenyl, sodium salt (SSS) was introduced to the PPNF surface by UV,and different graft ratio was obtained by mixing different concentration of SSS with AAc. Tile adsorption of lipoprotein by modified PPNF was evaluated,in addition,the hae molyticus and adsorption of total protein (TP) and albumin l ALB) were also studied. Results Under static condition, the adsorption percentage of LDL of four modified material ( the graft ratio was 40% ,23%, 16%, 11% respectively) were ( 36. 8 ± 2. 3 ) %, (39. 9 ± 2. 1 ) %, (4 1. 5 ±2. 1 ) %, ( 45.8± 2.4 ) % respectively, and the adsorption percentage of TP and ALB were less than 10%, while the hemolysis rate was less than 5% ,which meet the requirement of national standard. Conclusion After copolymerization graft of SSS and AAc, the material. PPNF could remove the hamlful blood lipids selectively and has good blood compatibility.
