摘 要:为解决传统瓦斯抽采监测系统存在的监测点布置不合理、计量方式粗糙等问题,提出了瓦斯抽采分区段评估方法,并基于此方法设计了瓦斯抽采源头监测系统;系统实时监测井下各区段瓦斯抽采管网中的环境参数和设备,并通过实时测算的区段瓦斯抽采量和抽采率来评估区段瓦斯抽采达标情况;此外,采用专家系统结合粗糙集理论的方法,构造了故障诊断专家系统,实现了智能故障诊断功能;实验测试表明该系统实用性强,能够对科学消突起到一定的作用。In order to solve the problems of traditional monitoring system of gas extraction, such as unsuitable arrange-ment of monitoring sites and rough measurement method, it proposes the partition assessment method of gas extraction. Based on this method, a monitoring system of gas extraction's source is designed. This system monitors underground envi ronment paramenters and equipment of each section in real time, and evaluates the condition of sectional gas extraction stand ard--reaching by each section's gas extraction quantity and gas extraction rate, which are calculated in real time. In addi tion, constructing a fault diagnosis expert system, which is based on expert system and Rough Set theory, realizing the in telligent fault diagnosis function. Experimental tests verified that the system is practical and plays an important role for elim inate outburst scientifically.
