摘 要:TOR橡胶沥青是一种新型改性沥青,对采用SMA13级配的TOR橡胶沥青混合料进行了配合比设计和路用性能研究。采用马歇尔设计法进行目标配合比设计,得出合适的级配范围和最佳油石比;并将其与采用SMA13级配的SBS改性沥青混合料进行性能对比研究;采用车辙、低温弯曲、浸水马歇尔、冻融劈裂等一系列室内试验,分析了二者的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性。结果表明,TOR橡胶沥青混合料的高温稳定性略低于SBS改性沥青混合料,而其低温抗裂性大幅优于SBS改性沥青混合料,二者的水稳定性相当。综合以上结论,SMA13级配的TOR橡胶沥青混合料的各项路用性能良好,在不降低高温稳定性和水稳定性的前提下,具有较好的低温抗裂性。TOR rubber asphalt is a new type of modified asphalt. In this paper the mix design and pavement performance of TOR rubber asphalt mixture are studied base on SMA13 gradation. By Marshall design method for target mix design, the appropriate grade range and the optimum asphalt-aggregate ratio are worked out, which are compared with the performance of SBS modified asphalt mixture base on SMA13 gradation, those performance of high temperature stability, low-temperatUre crack resistance, water stability of both types of asphalt are analyzed through a series of lab tests such as rutting test, low temperature bending test, soggy Marshall test, freeze and split test. Results showed that TOR rubber asphalt mixture is slightly lower than the high temperature stability of SBS modified asphalt mixture and its low temperature cracking resistance much better than the latter, water stability of both is fairly equivalent. Based on the above conclusions, the TOR rubber asphalt mixture of SMA13 gradation is good in practical performance, and on the premise of not reducing the high temperature stability and the water stability, it has better low-temperature cracking resistance.
