资源依赖视角下我国体育社团与政府的关系及其优化路径研究

摘　　要：在政府职能转变背景下,我国体育社团与政府的关系问题受到重视。以资源依赖理论为视角,从中观层面探讨不同类型体育社团与政府间的关系,总体上,体育社团与政府之间形成了非均衡的依赖关系,有必要对其进行优化。优化体育社团与政府关系的基本前提是转变政府职能、释放社会空间。优化的具体路径包括:政府部门改变管理方式,发挥体育社团的资源优势;通过对官办和半官办体育社团实施分类改革,培育和促进民办体育社团发展,增强体育社团的组织身份,促进各类体育社团成长。The relationship between sports associations and government should be valued in the context of government functions transformation. In the view of resources dependence theory, this article discussed the relationship between different types of sports associations and government from medium view. It was believed that a disequilibrium dependence relationship was developed between sports associations and government in general. The underlying premise of optimizing the relationship between sports associations and government must be that government transform administrative functions and release the social space. Some optimal path was constructed that government should change management practices and strengthen sports associations＇ organization identity, and develop sports associations by reforming official and semi official sports associations and cultivating private sports associations.
