摘　　要：侗族的"款约"被侗族人民视为金科玉律,它从维护和捍卫侗族人民利益为出发点,通过议款——立款——盟誓等手段,制定了保护侗族地区社会关系及安定有序运转的习惯法。本文从侗族"款约"的形成入手,对其渊源、发展及变化等进行探讨,从中揭示侗族习惯法存在的现实性和重要性,以期为进一步加强侗族地区社会综合治理,构建和谐社会,促进精神文明建设等奠定基础。kuanyue rules of dong nationality are regarded as infallible laws by dong people, these rules are served for proteeting and maintaining interests of dong people, common laws were designed for protecting social relationship and its orderly running of Dong minority areas.through discussion-formation treaty of alliance system etc. this thesis start from formation of Kuanyue system rules and investigate so many aspects of sources of common laws of dong people, and its developments and ehanges, study and investigate the reality and significance of common laws of dong people in order to make a foundation for society integration management, social harmony and promote construction of social spiritual civilization of Dong minority area.
