摘　　要：针对现阶段我国煤矿安全生产形势严峻,人的不安全行为问题突出的难题,以煤矿职工不安全行为为研究对象,通过对人的不安全行为相关机理及影响人的不安全行为因素分析,得出了人的安全心理与不安全行为之间的关系。并基于此,提出了不安全行为的控制对策,即提升矿工安全知觉在煤矿安全生产中的作用、增强安全动机激励对矿工安全行为的作用和加强矿工安全行为中的安全个性培养、注重提高矿工安全心理教育、培训和训练的针对性。In view of serious situation of national coal mine safety production and the problems of human unsafe behaviors,taking unsafe behaviors of coal workers as research objects,the relationship between safety psychology and unsafe behavior of people is obtained through the analysis of related mechanism of unsafe behavior and factors affecting people’s unsafe behaviors. Based on this,the control countermeasures for unsafe behavior that improving mine safety consciousness in coal mine safety production,enhancing the role of the safety incentive on the miners’ safety behaviors and improving the safety personality of miners’ safety behaviors,improving the pertinence of miners’ safety psychological education,training and practice are proposed.
