摘　　要：随着社会的进步和经济的发展,工程师的内涵和外延逐步扩大,对于工程师的综合素质也相应提出了更高的要求。本文分析未来工程师应具备的能力和目标以及工程师应具备的综合素质,研究法国工程师培养中团队精神与工程师综合素质的关系,以北航中法工程师学院的具体实践,阐释了中法学院在教育教学中基于团队合作训练的工程师综合素质培养。With the social progress and economic development, engineers~ connotation and denotation are gradually expanding, so engineers need to meet better overall quality requirements. This paper analy-zes the required abilities and targets qualified engineers should have in the future. A case study con-cerning the relationship between team spirit and engineers＇ comprehensive qualities in French engineer training is also involved. It interprets the overall quality cultivation for engineers based on team work training in ECPK by introducing its concrete practice.
