摘  要:针对矿井通信系统实时性较差、布线困难等问题,采用S3C44B0处理器,搭载WiFi芯片88W8686,以及CS4334音频等芯片设计了一种基于ARM7的无线WiFi手持终端。工作人员通过该手持终端可以接收地面监控中心的命令,井下采集到的数据也可以实时反馈给地面监控中心,并可进行语音通信。结果表明:通过WiFi无线通信方式,可以有效地解决井下复杂环境中的语音通信、人员监测、数据传输等问题,保证了井下作业的安全性,具有一定的应用价值。Aimed at the defects that communication system has worse real-time and hard wiring in the mine, designing a wireless WiFi handheld terminal based on ARM7. Adopting $3C44B0 processor with 88W8686WiFi chip and CS4334 analog voice conversion chip to accomplish the hardware design of the handheld device, which can receive the dispatching communication and accomplish uploading the data and audio. The miner can receive command from the ground monitoring center through the handheld terminal, the collected data in the main can also real-time feedback to the ground monitoring center, and it can be used for real-time voice communication. The results show that it can solve the voice communication, staff monitoring and data transmission efficiently under the complex environment by using the WiFi wireless communication, which enhance the security of operation in the mine. This design has certain guiding function for rescue after disaster.
