实践智慧(体)的初始选定——人类生态环境共识价值定位的反思

摘　　要：人类生态环境共识在实践智慧体中的定位是什么?哲学家们希望通过改变人们的思维方式来解决现实问题。本文提供一个实践智慧体的图示,作为共同体类型化的分析思维模式。这个分析思维模式,作者把它命名为"均衡对价的法治思维"。在均衡对价体中,最基本要求是国家与个人、企业和社会、市场和政府及先占人和后占人之间利益布局的均衡对价。该图示也可以比喻为人类知识体系布局、社会系统工程、法律帝国建构、社会生产生活分工、社会有机体构造等,其本质是一个人类共同认可的价值实体。对全球政治经济体的分析,也适用这个均衡对价的思维模型。全球实践智慧体不过是共同体范畴从国家上升为全球而已。What is the location of the humankind's consensus over environment in the entity of practical wisdom? Philosophers usually hope to solve realistic problems by changing people's mode of thinking.The author offers us a graphic showing the patterned modes of analytical thinking in a community.She names the model of analytical thinking as 'rule-of-law thinking of the equilibrium of compensation ratio.'In the system of the equilibrium of compensation ratio,the fundamental requirement is the equilibrium of compensation ratio of the arrangements of the interests of state and individual,enterprise and society,market and government,first occupier and later one.The graph can also be seenas a metaphor of the layout of humankind's knowledge system,engineering of social system,law empire configuration,division of labor in social life,and constitution of social organism.In its nature,it is an entity of values recognized by the humankind commonly.The model can also be applied to the analysis of the global political economy.The global entity of practical wisdom is none other than a concept of community uplifted to the global level from the national level.
