开发区的二次创业与硅谷标杆的再思考

摘　　要：探究了在我国当前的文化背景、资源条件和创新环境下打造像"硅谷"一样的创新谷的可能性。区分了创新谷与工业开发区、科技园区三者之间的区别,分析了硅谷创新发展的驱动因素,参考以上因素比较中国已有的条件与存在的不足,并结合苏州独墅湖的案例进行了讨论。认为中国的目光应该从物质资本或技术本身转移到构建区域创新创业结构上去,这样方能打造具有本国特色的创新谷。This article explores the possibility to build innovation valleys like the ＂Silicon Valley＂ in our country under current cultural backgrounds,resources conditions and innovation environment. First, we distinguished the difference between the Innovation Valley ,Industrial Development Zone and Science and Technology Park. Then we analyzed the driving factors of the innovation develop- ment of Silicon Valley. Finally, with reference to the above factors, we compared the existing conditions and shortcomings in China and discussed the Dushu Lake case in Suzhou. This paper argues that in order to create china＇s own distinctive innovation Valleys, our eyes should be transferred from the physical capital or technology to building the structure of regional innovation and entreoreneurshio.
