早期阴茎癌保留阴茎头手术19例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨早期阴茎癌保留阴茎头手术的疗效及性功能。方法回顾性分析我院1998年3月至2010年9月治疗的采取保留阴茎头手术早期阴茎癌患者19例的临床资料。结果19例患者 Jackson 分期法：Ⅰ 期15例，Ⅱ 期4例。均行保留阴茎头手术，3例淋巴结活检，均呈阴性，所有病例均未行腹股沟淋巴结清扫术。术后性功能满意。随访3～8年，未出现原位肿瘤复发。结论保留阴茎头的手术可以适用于早期阴茎癌患者。疗效可靠，术后患者不仅性生活满意，而且心理健康。Objective To investigate the effect and sexual function of glans-preserving surgery in the threatment of early penile cancer. Methods The clinical information data of 19 early penile cancer patients treated by glans preserving surgery in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results Based on Jackson stage, 15 of 19 cases were in stage I, 4 stage II. All the patients underwent glans-preserving surgery. 3 cases of lymph node biopsy, are negative. None of the cases underwent inguinal lymph node dissection. Conclusion All fell satisfaction of postoperative sexual function. Follow-up 3-8years,orthotopic tumor recurrence is not appear.
