P53、CyclinD1在尿路上皮细胞肿瘤组织中的表达及其诊断意义

摘　　要：目的：探讨 P53蛋白、细胞周期调控蛋白（CyclinD1）在尿路上皮肿瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学二步法研究 CyclinD1、P53蛋白在56例膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤组织中的表达，运用χ2检验统计分析。结果 P53蛋白和 CyclinD1在尿路上皮肿瘤组与正常对照组中的表达差异显著（P 〈0.05）；P53蛋白的表达随癌细胞的分级增加而增强（P 〈0.05），而 CyclinD1随癌细胞的分级增加反而减弱。结论 P53蛋白的表达和膀胱尿路上皮细胞肿瘤的生物学行为密切相关，而 CyclinD1呈负相关，联合检测 CyclinD1和 P53在尿路上皮细胞肿瘤中的表达情况，可以较好地为临床诊断、分期、治疗及判断预后提供参考。Objective To investigate the expression and the clinical significance of P53 protein and CyclinD1 in urothelial carcinoma.Methods Using immunohistochemistry technique and image analysis system to study the dynamic expression of CyclinD1, P53 In 56 cases of urothelial carcinoma. Then calculating a mean value. Performing χ2 test.Results Positive stain of P53 protein and CyclinD1 detected in the urothelial tumors was significantly higher than the normal control group （ P 〈0.05）;The expression of P53 protein enhanced with the increase of the cancer classification, howerver, CyclinD1 is just the opposite. Conclusion The expression of P53 protein in urothelial carcinoma is closely related to the biological behavior of the tumor, howerver, CyclinD1 is just the opposite.Using immunohistochemistry technique to inspect the expression of CyclinD1 and P53 in urothelial tumors ,which can be better estimate clinical diagnosis, staging, treatment and prognosis.
