摘　　要：本文通过对护理学院学生学习动机和学习心理、学生的相关知识基础、学生的基本学习能力、学生对教学方法的要求、学生学习效果等5个方面的调查,全面分析学生学习《病原生物与医学免疫基础》课程中存在的问题。提出提高教学质量,促进学生提高学习效率的途径:激发学习动机,提高学习意识;加强知识储备,增加学习信心;养成良好学习习惯,教会学生学习;改进教学设计,提高学习兴趣;引导过程考核,全面发展提高。Investigation through 5 aspects related to nursing school students learning motivation and learning psychology, the basic knowledge of students, the students basic learning ability, students in the teaching method, students＂ learning effects and requirements, a comprehensive analysis of existing question of learning ＂pathogenic biology and basic medical immunology ＂ course. Put forward to improve the quality of teaching, promote the students to learning efficiency： Stimulating learning motivation, improve the learning consciousness; strengthen knowledge reserves, increase confidence ＊ in learning; to cultivate a good habit of learning, teach students to learn; improve the teaching design, increase interest in learning; to guide the process evaluation, comprehensive development.
