顺铂联合多西他赛治疗非小细胞型肺癌的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨顺铂联合多西他赛治疗非小细胞型肺癌的效果。方法分析收治的非小细胞型肺癌患者临床资料,分为对照组25例(采用普通的化疗方案)和观察组(顺铂联合多西他赛治疗组)50例,观察两组非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量评分和远期生存率情况。结果观察组非小细胞肺癌患者的生活质量评分和远期生存率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顺铂联合多西他赛治疗非小细胞型肺癌临床效果明显,生存率良好。Objective To explore the efficacy of cisplatin and docetaxel in treatment of non small cell lung cancer. Methods The clinical data of 75 patients with non small cell lung cancer in this hospital were collected and analyzed, they were divided into control group （25 cases） and observation group （50 eases）, patients in control group were treated by conventional chemotherapy and 50 cases in observation group were treated with cisplatin and doeetaxel. ]Resdts The scores of life quality in observation group were higher than those of control group, the long term survival rate of observation group was higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and their difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical effectiveness of cisplatin and docetaxel in treatment of patients with non small cell lung cancer is significant and it can improve the prognosis of these patients, hence it is worthy to be recommended for application.
