摘  要:摩托车座垫底板作为整车的重要受力部件,结构强度分析和轻量化设计对整车的安全节能具有重要意义。基于HyperWorks优化软件,建立座垫底板的有限元模型,进行静力学分析,并根据分析结果,对其进行拓扑和形貌的组合优化设计,得到了最优材料分布和加强肋布局的座垫底板结构。优化结果表明,优化后的摩托车座垫底板,在满足刚度要求的前提下质量减少了10%。该方法为摩托车座垫底板的结构设计和轻量化设计提供了良好的参考依据和思路。As an important part of the vehicle, the structure strength analysis and lightweight design of the motorcycle seat plate are of great significance to vehicle safety and energy conservation. Based on the HyperWorks optimization software, a finite element model of motorcycle seat plate was built, then the static analysis was conducted. And according to the analysis results, the combined optimization design of the topology and topography was performed. Finally, both the optimal material distribution and the rib layout of seat plate structure were got. The optimization results show that, the optimized motorcycle seat plate structure meets the stiffness requirements with a 10% reduction in mass. This method could provide references and ideas for optimization design and lightweight design of the motorcycle seat plate.
