摘 要:目的建立裸花紫珠不同提取物及不同洗脱部位中总酚、总黄酮和总皂苷的含量测定方法。方法分别采用水和80%乙醇作提取剂得不同提取物;用HP-20大孔树脂对裸花紫珠干浸膏划段得不同洗脱部位;用分光光度法测定总酚、总黄酮和总皂苷的含量。结果建立了总酚、总黄酮和总皂苷的标准曲线,测得裸花紫珠不同提取物中总酚、总黄酮和总皂苷的百分含量分别为:14.41,25.56,6.81和14.78,28.01,13.39;测得其不同洗脱部位中总酚、总黄酮和总皂苷的百分含量分别为:9.67,17.09,11.98;35.85,72.24,15.64;20.80,32.44,23.89和10.50,15.14,62.79。结论裸花紫珠水提取物作为进一步研究的材料;测定总酚含量作为下一步质量控制的指标成分。Objective To determine the total polyphenol, total flavonoids and total saponins in different extractives and different parts from Callicarpa nudiflora Hook. et Arn. Methods The extractives were produced through extracting by water or 80% etha- nol. The purification of aqueous extract was carried out on HP - 20 macroporous resin. Total polyphenol, total flavonoids and total saponins were determined by spectrophotometry. Results Calibration graphs were constructed for total polyphenol,total flavonoids and total saponins. The percent contents of total polyphenol, total flavonoids and total saponins in two kinds of extractives were 14. 41,25.56,6.81 and 14.78,28.01,13.39 ,in the different elution parts were 9.67,17.09,11.98,35.85,72.24,15.64,20.80, 32.44,23.89 and 10.50,15.14,62.79. Conclusion The aqueous extract from C. nudiflora was chose as raw material for the next screening step. In addition,the total polyphenol content was chose as the next step quality control index component.
