摘  要:运用能值分析方法,对天津滨海新区产业生态系统1995-2011年间的能值流量、由经济发展带来的环境压力及其与可持续发展的关系进行了研究。指出天津滨海新区的发展主要依赖于不可更新资源,输出能值中以深加工的高附加值产品为主,系统处于产业生态经济盈利阶段,能值密度与人均能值显著高于国内平均水平;但环境负载率不断提高,人口承载力持续降低,新区的经济发展对生态环境带来巨大压力,生态系统功能不断减弱,系统处于超负荷状态。为继续保持新区经济增长,需要不断优化资源利用结构,提高废弃物循环利用率,以促进新区产业生态系统和谐发展。By the methods of energy analysis, this essay studies the energy flow in the industrial ecosystem of Tianjin Binhai New Area in 1995 - 2011, and the relationship between the environment stress caused by the development of economic and the sustainable development of the Area. The results show that the development of the area depended mainly on the nonre- newable energy resources, and the largest percentage of the out- put energy is the high value - added products, and the wealth of the system increased during the 1995 -2011 by year, and the energy density and per capita energy is higher than Chinese do-mestic average obviously. However, the loading ratio of the en- vironment increased while the carrying capacity of the population decreased, which shows that the development of the new area has brought huge stress to the environment and the function of the overloaded ecosystem is decreasing continuously. The ESI of Binhai New Area decreased to 0. 020, which indicates the new area belongs to developed area, but the sustainable development capacity is decreasing continuously. Based on these analyses, this essay suggests Binhai New Area should introduce innovation approaches and technologies to decrease the consumption of non- renewable resources and increase the ratio of reusing the waste to improve the potential of the sustainable development of the econ- omy in new area.
