摘　　要：基于生态位理论,在对知识管理和可持续竞争优势内涵进行界定和分析的基础上,提出了知识管理与可持续竞争优势的逻辑关系模型。首先分析了知识管理基础平台与知识管理能力之间的相互关系,进而详细探讨了知识管理对构建可持续竞争优势的作用机理和路径。Based on ecological niche theory, the concepts and key contents of knowledge managable competitive advantage are defined and analyzed. Then the relationship modeement and sustainl of knowledge management and sustainable competitive advantage is developed. Furthermore, it expounds the influenc ing mechanism of knowledge management on sustainable competitive advantage based on analysis of rela tionship between knowledge management resource and knowledge management capability.
