摘　　要：为适应社会发展对工科专业人才素质的要求,通过对工科专业学生的现状分析,提出了解决途径,即组建师生科技创新创业团队。同时,阐述了团队的组建和学生自愿申报的原则,并探讨了基于项目的团队运作模式与保障措施,最后对这种培养高层次技术应用型人才模式进行总结和展望。in order to adapt to the social development of the engineering professional quality requirements, and through the analysis the current situation of engineering students, this paper puts forward a solution, i.e., teachers and students of science and technology innovation team. At the same time, the paper established a team of students and the principle of voluntary declaration, and has discussed based on the project team operation mode and safeguard measures, and finally to the cultivation of high-level technical talents mode summary and outlook.
