摘　　要：通过系统回顾国外十余年来有关促胰岛素分泌类药物不良反应的病例报道,分析上市后有关该类药物不良反应、安全性研究及与其他药物相互作用的情况,提出针对该类药物某些不良反应发生机制和药物相互作用机制积极开展上市后研究,制定有效的风险管理方案是该药上市后研究的重点与方向,从而更好地指导临床医师合理使用此类药物、为保证临床用药安全有效提供科学依据。By conducting a systemic review on case reports of the adverse drug reactions （ADRs） of insulin-secreting agents, we analyzed their ADRs, safety and interactions with other drugs. Effective risk management plans, which will be the focus and direction of the post-market research, should be carried out by conducting post-market research for the mechanisms of ADRs and the interactions. Thereby, rational use of the drugs will be promoted and scientific theoretical basis for the medication safety will be provided.
