摘 要:将固体石蜡和液体石蜡按一定比例复配,得到相变温度为43.2℃的复配石蜡;以复配石蜡为芯材,脲醛树脂为壁材,采用原位聚合法合成了相变储能微胶囊。探讨了乳化方式、芯壁比、乳化剂用量及促进剂(NaCl)用量对微胶囊性能的影响。通过实验优化,制得微胶囊产品的囊芯率高达79.43%,包覆率达43.69%;通过电子扫描显微镜(SEM)、粒度分析与差示扫描量热分析(DSC),结果表明微胶囊表面光滑,粒径较均匀,其平均粒径为257nm,相变焓为115.58kJ/kg。A complex paraffin was obtained by mixing a certain ratio of solid paraffin and liquid paraffin, which a- chieved 43.2℃ phase change temperature. The phase change microcapsules for thermal energy storage containing compound paraffin with urea formaldehyde resin was synthesized by in-situ polymerization. The influences of emulsification,core-wall ratio, emulsifier and promoter(NaC1)content on the performance of microcapsules were investigated. The optimized experi- mental results were obtained that the core rate of microcapsules was up to 29.4% and the encapsulation efficiency was 43. 69%. Through the analysis of scanning electron micrograph(SEM), granulometry and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) ,the result showed that the microcapsuie's surface was smooth and uniform in particle size, the average particle di- ameter was 257. 3nm and the phase transitiofi enthalpy was 115.58kJ/kg.
