摘　　要：阐述了Labview与VDF-B系列变频器的控制特点和方法,设计了机床电机变频器的通信控制系统,实现了对机床电机的转速控制和检查,并能按照测试步骤控制机床的运行速度和规律,实时记录转速和工作电流,并以图像曲线的形式表现出来。The control characteristics and methods of LabVIEW and VDF-B series frequency converter are described, the communication control system of machine tool motor inverter is designed, the machine tool motor speed control and inspection are realized, and in accordance with the test procedure to control the machine running speed and regularity, and real-time recording speed and current, and displayed by the image in the form of curves.
