摘 要:锚喷支护技术的逐渐成熟为我国煤矿井下的巷道安全提供了可靠的保障,但喷浆作业产生的粉尘却大大超出了国家卫生标准。文章通过测定锚喷巷道作业中产生的粉尘数据,利用数学理论模拟了喷浆工艺中粉尘的运动规律,借助流体动力学软件Fluent对数学模拟结果加以演示。总结了锚喷巷道喷浆作业中粉尘的运动规律和质量浓度分布,为今后锚喷作业粉尘控制工作打下了坚实的基础。A reliable guarantee was provided for China's coal mine roadway safety,with bolting and shotcreting technology gradually mature, but the dust shotorete had greatly exceeded the national hygienic standard. Through determination of dust data in anchor spray tunnel operation, the movement rule of dust spray process is simulated by using the mathematical theory, with the aid of fluid dynamics software Fluent, the simulation results are demonstrated. The law of motion and the mass concentration distribution of bolting and shotcreting roadway dust shotcreting are summarized, a solid foundation is laid for future anchor spraying dust control work.
