氧氟沙星联合颠茄合剂治疗急性胃肠炎46例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨氧氟沙星联合颠茄合剂治疗急性胃肠炎的，临床效果。方法将我院收治的84例急性胃肠炎患者，随机分为单纯氧氟沙星治疗组（对照组）和氧氟沙星联合颠茄合剂治疗组（观察组），每组42例，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组42例患者治疗后临床症状得到了显著改善，治疗总有效率为95．2％，显著高于对照组患者的78．6％，治疗总有效率组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论氧氟沙星联合颠茄合剂治疗急性胃肠炎临床疗效确切，能够显著缓解患者的临床症状，值得临床进一步推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of norfloxacin combined with belladonna mixture in treatment of patients with acute gastroenteritis.Methods 84 cases with acute gastroenteritis in our hospital were randomly divided into simple norfloxacin treatment group （control group） and norfloxacin combined with belladonna mixture treatment group （observation group） .42 cases in each group, compared the clinical curative effect of the cases in two groups.Results After treatment clinical symptoms of 42 patients in the observation group improved markedly, the total effective rate of treatment was 95.2%, significantly higher than that in control group （ 78.6% ） , the difference of the total effective rate of treatment in two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusions Taking the norfloxacin combined with belladonna mixture in teatment of patients with acute gastroenteritis has good clinical curative effect, can relieve the clinical symptoms significantly, it is worthy of further clinical using.
