社区居民结直肠癌健康信念的现状调查

摘　　要：目的调查社区居民结直肠癌健康信念现状,并找出其影响因素,进而探讨健康信念与结直肠癌筛查意愿之间的相关性。方法将国外已应用于结直肠癌研究的健康信念问卷进行翻译、回译及跨文化调适,形成适合我国国情的结直肠癌健康信念问卷。采用便利抽样的方法在沈阳市内5区抽取5个社区,对符合纳入标准的330位居民进行"一对一、面对面"的访谈应用SPSS17.0进行数据录入与统计分析。结果社区居民结直肠癌健康信念的总分为81.10±7.27,平均得分3.12±0.28。健康信念中敏感性、严重性、筛查益处及筛查障砰4个维度的平均分依次为2.21±0.84、3.21±0.62、3.79±0.70及2.92±0.59。人均月收入与是否听说过结直肠癌是影响居民健康信念现状的主要因素。参与自费结直肠癌筛查的意愿与其健康信念呈正相关(r=0.165,P<0.01)。结论沈阳市社区居民的结直肠癌健康信念水平偏低。结直肠癌健康信念对结直肠癌筛查意愿具有积极的促进作用。Objective To identify the current status of CRC health beliefs of community residents by investigating their CRC health beliefs levels, so as to find out the factors that influencing their status and explore the relationship between CRC health beliefs and screening willing. Methods The CRC health beliefs questionnaire was translated, back translated and cmss-cultttml debugged from the health beliefs questionnaire of CRC re- search which had applied in abroad. The questionnaire survey was conducted in 330 community residents who were met the inclusion criteria in 5 communities through the ＂one-on-one, face-to-face＂ interview. The valid questionnaires were analyzed by the software of SPSS 17.0. Results The aggregate score of CRC health beliefs was 81.10±7.27, with an average score of 3.12±0.28. The average score in each dimensionahty was 2.21±0.84, 3.21±0.62,3.79±0.70 and 2.92±0.59 respectively. Main factors affected health beliefs were monthly income and whether heard about CRC. The posi- tive correlation existed between willing of participated in self-paying CRC screening and their health beliefs. Condusion The level of CRC health beliefs of community residents in Shenyang was pretty low. CRC health beliefs have a positive role in promoting serf-paying CRC screening.
