摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT增强扫描结合血管造影对结肠癌术前评估价值探讨。方法:回顾性分析行螺旋CT扫描且手术病理证实为结肠癌患者52例,将CT征象与手术病理结果对照,比较肿瘤及累及邻近血管CT征象与手术病理证实结果间有无统计学差异。结果:各CT影像学征象与手术病理结果之间均无明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。肿瘤分期的准确率达84.6%。结论:多层螺旋CT增强扫描结合血管造影能够较准确判断结肠癌及其累及周围血管情况,具有较高的术前评估价值。Objective To explore the value of multi-slice CT with enhanced CT scan and angiography in the preoperative assessment of colon carcinoma. Methods Fifty-two patients who were diagnosed as colon carcinoma by multi-slice CT scan and were conformed by pathology during the operation were retrospectively analyzed. The results from CT scan and pathology were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the results from multi-slice CT with enhanced scan and angiography and those from pathology （P 〈 0.05）. The accuracy of tumor staging was 84.6%. Conclusion Multi-slice CT with enhanced CT scan and angiography could accurately assess the colon carcinoma and the vessels and peripheral tissues involved before the operation.
