摘　　要：目的评价ＩＶＰ．ＵＳ．ＣＴ．对儿童肾母细胞瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾分析了１１例经手术、病理证实为肾母细胞瘤的ＩＶＰ ＵＳ．ＣＴ．表现。结果 ＩＶＰ肾盂不显影 ３例。显影 ８例，表现为肾盂肾盏推移变形伴肾盏破坏。 ＵＳ显示实质不均质高回声 ６例，低回声４例，无回声１例。ＣＴ表现不均匀强化的实质性肿瘤伴坏死，残存肾实质呈“新月形”强化为典型表现。显示腹膜后淋巴结转移４例、右眼眶骨转移１例。结论采用二种或二种以上检查方法，能提高术前诊断的准确性。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of IVP, Ultrasound and CT in nephroblastoma. Methods Retrospective studies were made on IVP, Ultrasound and CT in the proved nephroblastoma cases. Results Three nephroblastoma cases were IVP negative. Eight nephroblastoma cases showed displacement and destruction of the renal calices. Six nephroblastoma cases showed mixed renal parenchyma with increased echoes. Four nephroblastoma cases had low echoes and one nephroblastoma cases had no echo. CT revealed mixed contrast - enhanced rend parenchyma with necrosis. The remaining renal parenchyma exhibited a crescent shape. Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy could be improved by using over two approches.
