更年康1号治疗更年期综合征随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察更年康1号方治疗更年期综合征疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将86例门诊及住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组43例雌激素、安定、谷维素常规治疗。治疗组43例更年康1号方(旱莲草、女贞子、肥知母、炙龟板、桑寄生、枸杞子、菟丝子、制黄精、首乌藤、牡丹皮、山茱芋各15g,川黄柏、杭百芍、大熟地、桑椹子各10g。潮热汗出甚加必桃干、糯稻根各15g,五倍子10g;痰热头昏头晕加九节菖蒲、制胆星、淡竹茹、莲子芯各10g;寐难梦扰、彻夜不寐加灵磁石30g、酸枣仁10g、硃灯芯2扎;精神忧郁、悲伤喜哭加淮小麦30g,大红枣7枚,炙甘草、广玉金各10g。1剂/d,水煎200mL,2次/d。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈17例,有效22例,无效4例,总有效率91.00%。对照组治愈13例,有效17例,无效12例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状体征治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]更年康1号治疗更年期综合征效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the self gengniankang No. 1 Treatment of menopausal syndrome. [ Methods ] Using randomized controlled method, 86 cases of outpatient and inpatient randomly divided into two groups according to. Control group, 43 cases of estrogen, stability, oryzanol conventional treatment. Treatment group 43 cases of self gengniankang the lstparty （ Hanliancao, Nvzhenzi, Feizhimu, Zhiguiban, Sangjisheng, Gouqizi, Tusizi, Zhihuangjing, Shouwuteng, Mudanpi, Shanzhuyu each 15g, Chuanhuangbai, Hangbaishao, Dashudi, Sangshenzi each 10g. Hot flashes, sweating worse, plus Bitaogan, Nuodaogen each 15g, Wubeizi 10g;phlegm dizziness dizziness, Jiujiechangpu, Zhidanxing, Danzhuru, Lianzixin each 10g;diffieult dream disturbed sleep soundly through the night insomnia, plus Lingcishi 30g, Suanzaoren 10g, Zhudengxin 2 bar;mental depression, sadness, joy cry, plus Huaixiaomai 30g, Dahongzao 7, Zhigancao Guangyujin each 10g ） . 1 / d, decoction 200mL, 2 times / d. 10d is a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, menopause symptoms and signs of adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 3 courses, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] treatment group, 17 cases were cured, improved in 22 cases healed in four cases, the total effective rate 91.00%. Control group, 13 cases were cured, improved in 17 cases, 12 cases cured, the total efficiency 70.00%. Treatment group than the control group （P^0.05） . Menopause symptoms and signs of improvement in the treatment group than the control group （ P^0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ]Self gengniankang the 1st therapy for menopause effect is remarkable, worthy of promotion.
