晚期肺腺癌外周血CK19、CK20、MMP-9 mRNA的表达及其相关性

摘　　要：[目的]探讨晚期肺腺癌患者外周血中MMP-9、CK19、CK20 mRNA的表达水平及相关关系。[方法]应用RT-PCR结合Real Time PCR方法测定85例Ⅳ期肺腺癌患者外周血中CK19、CK20、MMP-9 mRNA拷贝数。以良性疾病患者34例、健康志愿者22名作为对照。[结果]晚期肺腺癌组患者外周血中CK19、CK20、MMP-9 mRNA中位值均显著高于健康对照及肺良性疾病人群,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着CK19 mRNA的检测值增高,CK20 mRNA检测值也呈现增高趋势(r=0.885,P=0.000)。而MMP-9 mRNA表达与CK19mRNA或CK20 mRNA无关。[结论]晚期肺腺癌外周血中CK19、CK20和MMP-9 mRNA显著高表达。CK19 mRNA和CK20 mRNA的表达呈正相关,且均与MMP-9 mRNA表达无关。[Purpose] To investigate expressions of MMP-9,CK19 and CK20 mRNA in peripheral blood in patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma and their correlation.[Methods] MMP-9,CK19 and CK20 mRNA were detected in peripheral blood of 85 cases with lung adnocarcinoma stageⅣ by RT-PCR combined with Real Time PCR,with 34 cases with benign lung disease and 22 healthy volunteers as controls.[Results] The median level of MMP-9,CK19 and CK20mRNA in patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma were higher than those in benign lung disease patients and healthy controls.CK20 mRNA increased with the increasing of CK19 mRNA（r=0.885,P=0.000）.However,no correlation was found in MMP-9 mRNA with CK19 mRNA or CK20 mRNA.[Conclusion] MMP-9,CK19 and CK20 mRNA are overexpressed in patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Expressions of CK19 mRNA and CK20 mRNA are positively correlated,and but have no correlation with MMP-9 mRNA expression.
