摘 要:目的 :比较常用粘弹性物质在白内障手术中的应用。方法 :选常用粘弹性制剂透明质酸钠 (SH)、羟丙基甲基纤维素 (HPMC)和硫酸软骨素 (Viscoat)作为实验材料 ,经 15 0例(30 0眼 )白内障人工晶体值入术应用 ,观察其术中应用及术后效果。结果 :对眼内组织驱动性能 ,粘、弹性能 ,透明性及对内眼组织保护作用 ,SH最好 ,Viscoat次之 ,而HPMC较差。结论 :国产SH可取代进口同类产品 。Objective:To compare the application of commonly used viscoelastic substances in artificial lens implantation.Methods:Sodium hyaluronate(SH),hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC)and viscoat were used.The usefulness of these 3 substances were tested in 150 cases(300 eyes) of artificial lens implantation operation.Results:When intraocular tissue driving,viscocity,elasticity,transparency and protective effect to the intraocular tissue were concerned,SH was the first of choice and then viscoat.HPMC might be used when the other two were not available.Conclusion:SH made in our country is good for operation of artificial lens implantation and may be used as a substitute for the imported one.
