摘 要:采用BBD(Box-Behnken Design)响应面法设计实验,利用实验室保存的菌株ND(Acinetobacter sp.ND)研究了煤浆质量分数、菌种接种量、煤样粒度等因素对高硫煤中有机硫脱除率的影响。结果表明:菌株ND在煤浆质量分数20%、接种量50%(OD600=1.2)、煤样粒度0.125~0.097 mm的条件下,经30℃,160 r/min摇床培养8 d后,高硫煤中有机硫脱除率达71.31%;其中各因素对煤样有机硫脱除率影响的主次顺序为:煤样粒度>煤浆质量分数>接种量,煤样粒度和煤浆质量分数的交互作用显著,而煤样粒度与接种量及接种量与煤浆质量分数的交互作用不显著。最后通过对比脱硫前后煤样的红外光谱分析了有机硫的脱除机理,脱硫后煤的碳骨架变化小,但煤样的硫特征峰明显减弱,说明菌株ND能打断煤中SO和—S—S—键,使之变为可溶性硫成分以实现有机硫的脱除。Using BBD (Box-Behnken Design) method to design experiments, the strain ND (Acinetobacter sp. ND) is used to study the effects of coal concentration, inoculation amount and coal granularity on organic sulfur removal rate from high sulfur coal. The results show that, the organic sulfur removal rate is 71.31 percent after strain ND being cultured for 8 days, under the optimal conditions of 20 percent coal concentration, 50 percent inoculation amount ( OD60o = 1.2) and coal granularity ranging from 0. 125 mm to 0. 097 mm. The influence degree of each factors on coal desulfurization rate is coal granularity, coal concentration, inoculation amount. Interaction of coal granularity and coal concentration is significant. However, interactions of coal granularity and inoculation amount, coal concentration and inoculation amount are not significant. Comparative results of coal infrared spectra before and after desulfurization show that the change of carbon skeleton in coal is smaller, the vibration peak of S^O and --S--S-- bond obviously become weak.
