癌症晚期患者家属照顾者疲劳对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的调查癌症晚期患者家属照顾者疲劳状况,并探讨疲劳程度对生活质量的影响。方法调查108例癌症晚期患者家属照顾者,应用疲劳自评量表以及WHO生存质量测定量表简表调查并描述癌症晚期患者家属照顾者的疲劳发生情况以及生活质量状况,分析疲劳程度对生活质量的影响。结果癌症晚期患者家属照顾者总体疲劳发生率为100%,其中中度以上疲劳的发生率较高,占疲劳总数的51.9%。疲劳程度对生活质量的影响:在生理领域、心理领域、环境领域方面,中、重度疲劳的家属照顾者的生活质量明显低于轻度疲劳的家属照顾者(P<0.01);在社会关系领域方面,重度疲劳的家属照顾者的生活质量低于轻度疲劳的家属照顾者(P<0.05)。结论晚期癌症患者家属照顾者的疲劳状况普遍存在,疲劳症状明显的家属照顾者,其生活质量下降。Objective To investigate the fatigue of family caregivers when caring for advanced cancer patients and to analyze the effect of fatigue on quality of life. Methods The study involved 108 family caregivers of patients with advanced cancer. Fatigue self-assessment scale and the World Health Organization Quality of Life were applied to investigate and describe the fatigue occurrence and the status of quality of life on family caregivers of patients with advanced cancer. Results All the family caregivers of patients with advanced cancer experienced fatigue （ 100% ） ,51.9% of which had moderate level and above. The degree of fatigue influenced quality of life： in the physiology, psychology and environment fields, the quality of life of family caregives with moderate/severe fatigue was significantly lower than that of mild fatigue（P 〈0.01 ） ;In the fi^ld of social relationship,the family caregiver with severe fatigue had obvious lower quality of life than with mild fatigue （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The fatigue status universally existed in family caregivers of patients with advanced cancer. The family caregivers with obvious fatigue had low quality of life.
